Our Services
Zhongxin Food Bank coordinates donated food and daily essentials, purchasing additional items when supplies run low. After sorting and managing inventory, member households use a monthly points system to select the items they need, easing the burden on families facing financial hardship.
Walk-in collection is not available. Applicants must complete the application process and be approved as members first.
We currently operate service locations in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, and Tainan. If you live within a service area, call the nearest location during service hours for application instructions and required documents.
Residents of other cities or counties should contact a local food bank or social welfare agency for nearby application and collection options.

The process has five steps. Timing depends on document completeness and visit scheduling.
Contact the nearest Zhongxin Food Bank, briefly explain your household circumstances and needs, and staff will confirm service-area eligibility and explain how to apply.
Complete the application as instructed and provide information about household circumstances, finances, or the emergency involved. Staff will explain the documents required for your case.
